"Winnie Rodgers was our Keller Williams agent when we began the search for housing in the Charleston, SC area. Our daughter was planning to start school at MUSC. We live out of state and worked with Winnie for about a year, reviewing properties, before the purchase. She started with a phone call between us to understand our needs and then began sending us feeds of potential houses to review for likes and dislikes. She helped us narrow down the area that we most desired, which was Johns Island. It was a hot market which forced us to decide quickly when we found the most desirable house for the area and our budget. We couldn’t tour in person, so we asked Winnie to do a Facetime tour with us and another one for our daughter. This worked out perfectly since Winnie also has renovation experience. We trusted that she would notice any potential issues we weren’t able to see. In the end, the house she showed us via Facetime is the one we purchased. We couldn’t have done it without her.
